  1. Do you have a physical store?
    We have an office in Bangalore, but Zarii is currently available exclusively online. We may host private showcases and exhibitions—follow us on Instagram @zarii_india for updates.


  2. Can I customize a saree?
    Yes, we offer customisations based on your requirements. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 90365 52004 to discuss your preferences.


  3. Can I cancel an order once placed?
    We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. Every saree is made or packed with care upon order, and each piece is prepared with intention.


  4. What is your return policy?
    Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products, we only accept returns for items damaged during transit or in case of incorrect shipments. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


  5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
    In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect shipment, please write to us at info@zarii.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos. We will arrange a resolution promptly.


  6. How do I care for my Zarii saree?
    We recommend dry cleaning only. Store your saree in a muslin cloth, away from moisture and direct sunlight, to preserve the fabric and zari.
