  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

  • Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by Zarii.

We accept payments via secure third-party gateways. Zarii does not store your payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India and to select international locations. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product availability. All timelines provided are estimates.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted products, returns are only accepted in case of a genuine defect or damage, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom orders.

  • Return requests must be emailed to info@zariiindia.com with order details and photos of the issue.
